In our era, every intervention within the built environment that holds landscape value must be regarded as a process of urban environmental regeneration. It must also include design solutions capable of adapting to and mitigating climate change (the so-called NBS \u2013 Nature-Based Solutions). The reconfiguration of Via Milano, proposed by the Department of Infrastructure and introduced by the Lombardy Region through the approval of the reclassification of the SP BS 11 \u201cPadana Superiore\u201d as a municipal road from Km 208+052 to Km 208+710, offers the opportunity to apply some of these strategies that we use to completely revolutionize the perception of the urban landscape associated with it. Our Masterplan will radically redesign the road section in question. While traveling along it, one will clearly perceive the redefinition of the “hierarchy” of flows, as Slow Mobility will replace vehicular traffic. From Km 208+052 onwards, it will be the flows of people walking, running, cycling, playing, relaxing, or using the fitness trail equipment that will have the right of way\u2014bringing with it all the changes to the typical customs of ordinary road use that this entails.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nella nostra Epoca, ogni intervento all\u2019interno dell\u2019ambiente antropizzato che abbia valenza paesaggistica deve considerarsi alla stregua di un processo di rigenerazione ambientale urbana e deve contemplare soluzioni progettuali in grado di adattarsi e mitigare il cambiamento climatico (le cosiddette NBS \u2013 Nature Based Solution). La riprofilatura di Via Milano, suggerita dal DIP ed introdotta dalla Regione Lombardia mediante l\u2019approvazione della declassifica a strada comunale della SP BS 11 \u201cPadana Superiore\u201d del tratto Km 208 + 052 al Km 208 + 710, offre l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di applicare alcune di queste strategie che noi utilizziamo per rivoluzionare completamente la percezione del paesaggio urbano ad essa associato. Il nostro Masterplan riconfigurer\u00e0 radicalmente il tratto di viabilit\u00e0 in questione, percorrendo il quale si coglier\u00e0, distintamente, la rielaborazione della \u201cgerarchia\u201d dei flussi in quanto la Mobilit\u00e0 Lenta sostituir\u00e0 il traffico veicolare e dal Km 208+052 saranno i flussi di persone che si spostano a piedi, corrono, utilizzano la bicicletta, giocano, si rilassano, utilizzano gli attrezzi del percorso vita, che avranno il diritto di precedenza, con tutte le modifiche alle consuetudini tipiche della viabilit\u00e0 ordinaria che tutto ci\u00f2 comporter\u00e0.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
