More than 60% of the area is dedicated to permeable cycling and pedestrian paths, while there is an 80% reduction in impermeable vehicular surfaces on the site. These two figures highlight how the proposed project transforms Viale Carducci into a new and evocative urban landmark for the city of Conegliano, fully aligning with the municipality\u2019s goals for the revitalization of public space, the reconnection of the urban fabric, and the reuse of the area between Via XXI Aprile and Via Mazzini. The urban park, as a whole, will introduce 22 new plant species and will be enriched with 50 new native tree varieties. It will increase the city’s permeable surface area by a substantial 3,800 square meters and is designed to handle up to 50 mm of rainfall per hour\u2014an important factor in significantly reducing pressure on the combined sewer system. The project incorporates several sustainable design strategies, including rain gardens, bio-mats, and permeable stabilized earth pathways, all aimed at capturing and filtering rainwater on-site. We will use 95% native plants and trees, featuring species from the Prosecco hills overlooking Conegliano, and locally sourced stone in the areas where this material is employed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pi\u00f9 60% di area ciclo-pedonale permeabile, meno 80% di area carrabile impermeabile sul lotto. Questi due numeri ad indicare come il progetto proposto trasforma Viale Carducci in un nuovo e suggestivo landmark urbano per la citt\u00e0 di Conegliano e lo fa perseguendo tutti gli obiettivi di riqualificazione dello spazio pubblico, di ricucitura del tessuto urbano e di riuso dell\u2019area compresa tra Via XXI Aprile e Via Mazzini richiesti dall\u2019Amministrazione. Il parco urbano, nel suo complesso, aggiunger\u00e0 22 nuove specie vegetali e sar\u00e0 piantumato con 50 nuove essenze arboree, il tutto di origine autoctona ed aumenter\u00e0 la superficie permeabile della citt\u00e0 di ben 3.800 metri quadrati ed \u00e8 progettato per gestire fino a 50 mm di pioggia all\u2019ora, elemento che riduce molto il carico sulla rete fognaria combinata. Nel progetto sono state incorporate diverse strategie di progettazione sostenibile, tra cui i rain gardens, le biostuoie e i percorsi in terra stabilizzata permeabile, per catturare e filtrare le acque piovane in loco; utilizzeremo una gamma di piante e alberi autoctoni al 95%, con specie provenienti dalle colline del Prosecco che si affacciano su Conegliano e pietre di provenienza locale per le aree nelle quali si utilizza questo materiale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
