Urban regeneration goes beyond physical redevelopment, presenting itself as a social, economic, and environmental project that fosters relationships and enhances the identity of a place. The project for Quistello is based on sustainable mobility and the rediscovery of landscape and history as key identity elements. At its core is the transformation of the area around the “Casa dei Balilla” into a new urban park, connected to both the town center and the cycling network, becoming a symbol of sustainability and urban renewal. This public space aims to reconnect the fragmented urban fabric, offering shared environments while aligning with European and global sustainability goals.<\/p>

The design elements \u2014 such as the panoramic access viewpoint, elevated linear pathways, furnished areas, the kiosk, and the structure for food and wine events \u2014 will function as architectural devices “installed” within the existing landscape. These features will mask the level difference between the road and the park, altering the perception of the site’s topography and creating an innovative, accessible, and multifunctional green space for the city.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La rigenerazione urbana va oltre la riqualificazione fisica, configurandosi come un progetto sociale, economico e ambientale che attiva relazioni e valorizza l\u2019identit\u00e0 del luogo. Il progetto per Quistello si basa su una mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile e sulla riscoperta del paesaggio e della storia come elementi identitari. Al centro c\u2019\u00e8 la trasformazione dell\u2019area attorno alla Casa dei Balilla in un nuovo Parco urbano, connesso al centro e alla rete ciclabile, che diventa simbolo di sostenibilit\u00e0 e rinascita urbana. Questo spazio pubblico mira a ricucire il tessuto urbano frammentato, offrendo ambienti condivisi e integrandosi con gli obiettivi europei e globali di sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/p>

Gli elementi progettuali (il belvedere panoramico di accesso, i percorsi lineari sopraelevati, le aree
arredate, il chiosco e la struttura di supporto agli eventi eno-gastronomici) verranno utilizzati alla
stregua di dispositivi architettonici \u201cinstallati\u201d nel paesaggio esistente, nascondendo il dislivello
esistente tra la strada ed il parco, generando una variazione nella percezione della topografia del
sito, e creando uno spazio verde innovativo, accessibile e multifunzionale per la citt\u00e0.
