The proposal comes from the desire to regenerate the former Cerusa area in Masone (former industrial area now used as a park) through the insertion of new functions serving the community. We believe that the operation must also establish itself as an effective, tangible “regeneration” of the entire portion of Masone that revolves around it, as it brings a significant series of social, environmental and governance benefits. The concept of the project can be summarized in two macro phases: covering the site with a “warm vegetal fabric”, characterized by a regular geometric pattern of precious native essences (carpinus betulus, acer campestre, fagus sylvatica), integrated with a selection of shrubs ( camellia sasanqua, acer japonicum, euonymus fortunei, acuba japonica) within which we find the New High Tech Square, as well as a new widespread waterfront, a playground for children and fitness spaces for adults and create what we have called the “tree library”, an iconic architecture resting on a roof garden, which thus conceived frees up the entire ground level which can thus be set up for fairs, markets, shows and public meetings<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La proposta nasce dalla volont\u00e0 di rigenerare l\u2019area dell\u2019ex Cerusa a Masone (ex area industriale ora adibita a parcheggio) tramite l\u2019innesto di nuove funzioni a servizio della collettivit\u00e0. Noi crediamo che l\u2019operazione debba affermarsi anche come \u201crigenerazione\u201d effettiva, tangibile, di tutta la porzione di Masone che vi gravita intorno, in quanto portatrice di una\u00a0 rilevante serie di benefici di carattere sociale, ambientale e di governance. Il concept del progetto \u00e8 riassumibile in due macro fasi: ricoprire il sito con un \u201ccaldo tessuto vegetale\u201d, caratterizzato da una trama geometrica regolare di pregiate essenze autoctone (carpinus betulus, acer campestre,fagus sylvatica), integrata con una selezione di arbusti (camelia sasanqua, acer japonicum, euonymus fortunei, acuba japonica) all\u2019interno del quale ricaviamo la Nuova Piazza High Tech, oltre ad un nuovo waterfront diffuso, un playground per bambini e spazi fitness per adulti e creare quella che abbiamo chiamato la \u201cbiblioteca sull\u2019albero\u201d, un\u2019architettura iconica appoggiata su un giardino pensile, che cos\u00ec concepita libera tutto il livello del suolo che potr\u00e0 cos\u00ec essere allestito per fiere, mercati, spettacoli ed incontri pubblici.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
